The single most common question we get on a quote call is “what day do you actually come?” — and the honest answer is: it depends on which Tri-City you live in, and what day your hauler runs.
The whole point of our service is that you don’t have to wash an empty cart yourself. So we sync to the haul schedule rather than trying to schedule on top of it. If your trash cart is still full when we show up, we can’t clean it, you’ve wasted our slot, and we’ve wasted a route hour. So routes look like this.
How we pick your day
Hauler schedules vary block by block across Kennewick, Pasco and Richland — even neighbors a street apart can be on different pickup days. So we don’t publish a “Kennewick is Mondays” calendar; we build your route around your address.
When you sign up, we look up your specific hauler day, then schedule your cleaning for the next available route after pickup. Once you’re on, you stay on the same day each cycle — easier to remember, easier to plan around.
How frequencies work
We offer three cadences across the Tri-Cities, and they all key off your chosen cleaning day:
- Monthly — we clean on your assigned day, once a month. By far the most popular plan in Kennewick. Best for households that generate meaningful food waste or have pets.
- Every 8 weeks — once every other month. Good middle ground for smaller households or folks who already rinse occasionally.
- Quarterly — once a season. Works best for Richland customers whose cart spends most of the year half-empty and dry.
What happens if your haul gets skipped
Holidays slide everyone. When Basin Disposal or Waste Management pushes your haul day forward, our route shifts with it automatically — you’ll get a text the morning of with the new arrival window. You don’t have to call us. We watch the haul schedules in all three cities the same way the haulers do.
